Who says vegetarian recipes are boring? Without animal ingredients, we can still make various recipes with vegetable ingredients. Even with a variety of vegetables that have been available on the market, precisely the type or recipes for vegetarians seems more able to create. Red Broccoli Orecchiette

Orecchiette is a type of food pasta that has round and concave on the center. If boiled, the shape will resemble tiny ears. This kind of pasta can be used as the main ingredient of your vegetarian cooking creations. Here we go.

Ingredients:
Three pieces of broccoli, keep the top part
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 red chilies, thinly sliced

How to make:

  1. Take the green part of broccoli. Then boiled in water that has been mixed with salt. After the green part becomes a little white, drain and squeeze to reduce water, then cut into pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil, and insert garlic and red pepper. Then cook until wilted, then enter the broccoli that had been cut.
  3. Boil the orecchiette in salted water until chewy. Add spices if desired.

  5. Ready to serve.

Mushroom Sauced Satay

In my local market, mushrooms are cheap and easy to get. So let's try to create some vegetarian foods with it.

Materials:
625 grams of wheat flour with high protein
400 ml of water
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 teaspoon of mustard
2 tablespoons melted butter
Skewers taste

Sauce:
50 grams of canned button mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 shallots, finely chopped already
20 grams of wheat flour
200 cc of broth
50 cc cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil, waste meat
1 tbsp L & P sauce

How to Make:
