Reincarnation is the very opposite the premises of its predecessors, the tenth doctor down the left properties mostly sour-faced brood (at least initially) and bring an element of fun, approaching each new adventure with a cheerful and pleasant reaction.
He is the closest man of all incarnations, he has not had the problems associated with them and the result is possessed more human relationship with his companion. Although this doctor is an eccentric figure, the tenth doctor did not tolerate to the person who put the lives of innocent people in danger.
Doctor this one sometimes reap dislike of whovian (Doctor Who fans) with reason, he was welcomed as the reincarnation of the most 'human; of all the doctors, because se-man what it should really a time-traveler / explorer 900 year old time up?
