2014 is coming to an end, and today I made two logos. One for our (me and my colleague) soon-to-be-launched games, and one for the team's name. This post is not so long, let's make it straight to the point. I also have two selection of fonts (in typography some called typeface) worth to keep. and free.
Open Sans
Who (refers to you that takes part in creative industry) doesn't know Open Sans? As we may know, Open Sans is the leading 2014 (smooth and sleek (?)) web font. Many people use it for also many use, including web itself and app. and posters. medias.
My personal opinion: love the wide variety of thickness and stuff. (from regular Light to italic extra bold!)

Elegant Lux
Not as famous as Open Sans and it may not be used for web fonts, but I take this as a Best free fonts today because I like thin, high (or long?), and somehow bold kind of typeface. According to me, this kind of fonts is compatible to be a startup company logo typeface.
