From pirates to fire swamps to terrifyingly large rodents, this movie has surprises around every corner. There might not be a better romantic adventure comedy; The Princess Bride is a classic that should be on your date night list!

4. Grease (1978)




A classic tale of lovers caught up in different social groups; Sandy the good girl and Danny the greaser fight for their love in this playful 1950s musical. Grease will undoubtedly have you singing along to Summer Nights, Greased Lightning, and You're the One That I Want, while John Travolta <3 and Olivia Newton-John steal your hearts.

The two met at Nick's band's show in a bar and soon end up on the date of a lifetime. From bar hopping to running into psycho ex-girlfriends to take care of drunken friends, Nick and Norah's night is one to remember.
