Twilight Sparkle is the leader of the team. She loves to discover new things. Fluttershy is the gentle one. She’s the caretaker of the animals in PonyVille. Rainbow Dash is the athletic Pegasus, who is loyal but sometimes does mischievous things. Applejack and the other Ponies also have their own unique qualities.
In the series these Ponies go for an adventure, solve conflict among themselves, helping out a friend in need, and much more.
If your children are fans of the series, you should print some My Little Pony coloring pages for them to have fun with. Children love coloring especially if it’s a picture of their favorite characters. And it’s more than a recreational activity. Coloring is great for your kids’ development and psychology. It improves motor skills, color awareness, focus, hand to eye coordination, self-esteem, and confidence.
Fine motor skills are important especially for children who are about to enter school. Coloring also requires attention to detail, which will help them acquire better handwriting.

Of course not. While coloring the Ponies, your children learn about spatial boundaries. They need to make sure they don’t cross the lines while coloring, right? At the same time, they learn about colors, shapes, and lines.

Let them color as they please. Let them play with their imagination and come out with their own ideas.
Consider coloring pages as the tool for children to express themselves. Children express themselves differently. Let them decide what color they should use for Rarity’s eyes, or the houses in Ponyville. You just need to observe and compliment them for their effort.
So, remember to stock some My Little Pony coloring pages at home. You may think of them as emergency fun supplies when the weather is so bad you can’t take your children outside to have a walk in the park. It’s also a good backup plan when there are no decent shows on TV and your children decide it will be fun running around the house screaming while you’re taking a nap.
